Service description

BehindDomains provides domain monitoring, change tracking, and technical insights for domains you manage.

Accounts and access

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may add team members and assign them to domains
• All activity under your account is your responsibility
• There are no per-user charges. Feature limits apply at the account level.

Subscription and billing

• BehindDomains is a paid service
• There are no free trials
• Subscriptions may be billed monthly or yearly
• Prices are subject to change with notice

Refunds are handled as follows:

• You may request a refund within 7 days of starting a subscription.
• If a refund is requested within 7 days:
• You will be charged one full month at the regular plan price
• You may continue using the service until the end of that billing month
• After the first 7 days, no refunds are provided for monthly or yearly plans.
• Refunds are not prorated and are independent of usage level.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Abuse or attempt to disrupt the platform
• Reverse engineer or misuse the service

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations.

Data accuracy and limitations

BehindDomains provides monitoring and insights based on observed technical signals.

• We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of all data
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on the information provided
• The service is provided "as is"

Service availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and outages may occur.

Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the billing period
• We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BehindDomains is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous billing period

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
